Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray, line with waxed paper and spray paper.
Mix first six ingredients well and pour batter onto waxed paper.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle 10x sugar on a clean towel.
Invert cake on to towel and peel off paper.
While still hot, roll up the towel with the cake inside.
Cool for two hours.
Mix all ingredients for filling.
Unroll the cake, remove towel.
Spread filling on cake and re-roll.
Sprinkle with 10x sugar.
