1, 16.3 oz. can jumbo refigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 ct.)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 1/4 cups grated gruyere cheese (5 oz.)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a large baking sheet with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
Cut each biscuit crosswise in half and roll each piece between your palms to create a rope about 8 inches in length. Twist 2 ropes together, pressing the ends together to seal. Transfer the twists to the baking sheet.
Brush each twist with egg and sprinkle with the cheese.Bake until golden, 12 to 15 min.
