Small rough chop the tomatoes. Cream the cheeses together. Add crushed/minced garlic. Divide cheese into three parts. Line bowl or jello mold with wax paper or plastic wrap. Add one part cheese. Top with layer of pesto. Add second part of cheese. Top with layer of tomatoes. Add third layer of cheese. Cover and refridgerate until set. When set, flip onto plate. Top with pesto and tomatoes, and toasted pine nuts if desired.
