1 loaf french bread, not baguette, cut into thin slices
6 tbsp basil pesto
1/2 lb fresh mozzarella, sliced
1/4 cup oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
Preheat grill. Brush bread slices with olive oil and
grill lightly on each side to toast. Arrange bread
on baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 400. Spread each slice with pesto,
top with slice of mozzarella, and then sprinkle with
sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Bake for 5-
6 minutes until cheese softens. Serve immediately.
