Cook bacon till crisp. Then put in bowl. Cook onions till they
harden. Stir in the flower, sugar, salt, celery seeds, onions, and
pepper. Then put them all in a pan and cook them on low for about a
minute. Add the sugar and vinegar. Switch the heat to high, stir
them, shut off the stove. Then cut potatoes 1/4 inch, and put all of
it in a bowl. The potato salad is ready to serve!
