First you wash and peel the potatoes. Then you cut them into small
cubes. Then you get 2 layers of tin foil. Put the potatoes in the tin
foil. Next, you take your stick of butter and cut it into as many
tspoons as you can and spread the pieces of butter around the
potatoes. Then peel your onion. Cut off ends and then cut onion into
thin slices and spread them around the potatoes (the juicier the
onion, the better...more flavor). Now drizzle all your other
ingredients around your potatoes. Wrap your potatoes in the tin foil
and put on the grill for 25-30 minutes, depending on how crispy you
want them. Next, you get hot pads and get your potatoes off the grill
(CAREFUL! THEY'RE HOT!!!!!). Open the tin foil and let cool for 2
minutes and 30 seconds. Lastly, put on as much sour cream as you want
and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (p.s. Multiply if needed depending on
size of family/party).
