Boil potatoes and eggs; cool. Peel and cube. Chop celery and onions; add to potatoes. Mix in sweet relish, mayonnaise, mustard, pimientos,and garlic salt, salt & pepper to taste. Slice extra eggs and place around top then sprinkle top with paprika and parsley for garnish. Place in refrigerator for approx. 5 hrs. and serve cold.
