Icing- In double boiler, melt 3 squares chocolate and 3 Tablespoons butter. Sift 1 package powdered sugar, and 1/8 teaspoon salt into a bowl. Add 7 Tablespoons milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add chocolate and butter. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup cut marshmallows on top of cake. Pour icing over all.
