1 can cream of chicken or celery soup

crushed crackers

Instructions |
|
|
cook squash and onion in boiling water until tender. drain.
|
|
|
mix together sour cream and soup. add squash mixture. pour into casserole dish.
|
|
|
mix crushed crackers with cheese. sprinkle on top of casserole. drizzle with melted butter.

bake until bubbly, 45 minutes or so (375)
