Brown meat. Stir constantly to prevent sticking. Add green chile, tomatoes, salts, water, potatoes. Bring to boil and simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately with flour tortillas. Makes 4 to 6 one- half cup servings.
Tip- To heat flour tortillas- Wet a thin cotton tea towel and wring out until just damp. Wrap tortillas in the towel, place in microwave oven and heat for 1-2 minutes. Leave in towel and place in covered container for serving. Keeps them warm and moist during meal.
