Thaw frozens bread - roll out the thawed bread, spread a small amout of pizza sauce on it then top with Pepperoni and cheese - roll up the bread - close the ends and put in loaf pan seem side down - set aside and let it rasie for about 1 1/2 hour or double in size. Mix the parmesan and italian seasoning. Just before baking brush the loaf with the butter then sprinkle the seasoning mix on top. Preheat oven to 345 degrees bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Take out of the oven let the loaf rest for 10 minutes in the hot loaf pan then tune out of pan - cut and serve with warm Pizza sauce for dipping.
