Wash the whole bell peppers and slit it into 4 just about till the end
|

trim down the stem (do not rip it off)
|
|
|
take a pan and add some oil and roast the gram dal and chillies till the dal is golden brown
Cool this before grinding it to a powder.. not too fine.. may be a little coarse. Add some salt to this while grinding
|
|
|
Stuff the Bell Peppers with this and Put them in a pan with oil.
Cook them in medium-low flame covered till its done.
