Looking for something light and easy to make for breakfast/snack.. here is an recipe that is delicious to eat and very easy to make

Wash the beaten rice and drain it in a colander (I used the thick one so i added very little water to it and left it in the bowl for it to soak)
To that add some salt, sugar and lemon juice and fluff it with a fork
|

Heat a Wok with some oil and add the mustard, cumin seeds and as it splutters add the curry leaves,chillies and the onions.
Saute the onion till its golden brown and then add the tomatoes and cook for 5 mins
|
|
|
Now add a little bit of turmeric and the poha and lightly fluff it till all the onions gets mixed with it.
Now you can turn off the heat and garnish it with some chopped coriander and shredded coconut and serve it with Tea -)

you can also add potato or mixed veg as soon as the onions turns translucent to add some more flavour
