In a very large mixing bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients. Do not over mix or meat will become tough.
Roll a segment of crust 10 inches in diameter. Place a heaping cup of meat mixture in center and fold crust over. Crimp edges to seal. Wrap in tin foil and place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining crust and meat mixture.
To bake- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place trays of pasties wrapped in foil in oven and bake approximately 1 hour or until done. Serve with ketchup or brown gravy.
To freeze- Open foil and allow pasties to cool. Close foil again and freeze in a single layer. When frozen place in plastic freezer bags and keep frozen till needed. To reheat- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen pastie on a cookie sheet in foil and bake one hour or until heated through.
