Combine cheese, butter, flour, and salt in the bowl of a food processor and blend until crumbly. Add water until it becomes a firm dough.

Form into a long roll and wrap in plastic wrap or wax paper. Flatten roll on all 4 sides. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to bake.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
|
|
|
Slice thin slices from roll, approximately 18-24, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Place Kex on paper towels to soak up fat. Enjoy with soup or as an appetizer. Freezes well.
