Dissolve 2 tsp sugar in 1 cup of the lukewarm
water. Sprinkle yeast and let stand 10 minutes.
Then stir. Meanwhile, combine honey, 2 cups
lukewarm water, salt, and margarine in a large
bowl. Mix well. Stir in yeast mixture and eggs.
Beat in 4 cups of flour with electric mixer. Add
remaining flour 1 cup at a time until a smooth,
elastic dough is formed. Make sure you kneed it
until small bubbles form on the surface of the
dough. Let rise 2 hours.
