Combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt in the bowl. Ass water and 2 tablespoons of oil and beat until dough forms into a ball. If dough is sticky add flour. Scrape dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead into a smooth, firm ball. Grease a large bowl with remaining 2 teaspoons oil, add dough, cover with plastic wrap for 1 hour until the dough rises.
