Steam broccoli in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not overcook. Make sure it's still firm and bright green.
In salad bowl, combine broccoli, onion, and raisins. In separate bowl, mix mayo, vinegar and honey. Pour over broccoli mixture,and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle with sunflower seeds and crumbled bacon. Toss and serve.
