In a small sauce pan, add pasta and milk. Bring to simmer, reduce to low and cook pasta 20-25 minutes until soft. Stir frequently and do not let milk boil.
Turn off heat, add cheese then stir till combined. Cover for a few minutes and stir. If not creamy, add milk a little at a time and stir.
Optional- bake at this point at 325 for 10 minutes.
