1 pkg coleslaw mix
|

4 green onions, chopped
|
|
1/2 C slivered almonds
|
|
2 tbsp sesame seeds
|
|
1 green pepper, chopped, optional
|
|
ramen noodles, chicken flavor
|

Dressing
|
|
3 tbsp sugar
|
|
|
|
1/2 C oil
|
|
3 T salad vinegar
|
|
seasoning packet from ramen noodles
|
|
salt and pepper to taste
|

Instructions |
|
|
Toast the almonds and sesame seeds at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
|
|
|
Combine all salad ingredients, except noodles.
|
|
|
Mix dressing well and stir in salad. Crush noodles and add at serving time.
|
|
|
Variations- omit green pepper, add chicken. I use herb-flavored vinegar or red wine vinegar.
