1.Put the water and frozen potatoes in the sauce pan. 2.Use the vegetable peeler to peel the carrots. On the cutting board, use the sharp knife to cut the ends off the carrots and celery. Throw away the peels and ends. Use the sharp knife to cut the carrots and celery into small pieces (you should ahev about 1 1/2 cups). Add the carrot and celery pieces to the saucepan. Stir with thw wooden spoon until mixed. 3.Put saucepan on a burner. Turn to medium-high heat. Bring vegetable mixture to boiling. Turn burner to low heat. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
