Preheat the oven to 180°C. line a 21 cm cake tin
with baking paper. put butter, sugar, white
chocolate and water into a saucepan and gently
melt. Mix eggs, sour cream and vanilla together.
Stir into the melted butter mix. Sift in the flour
and baking powder and mix well. Pour mixture into
tin and bake for about an hour or until a skewer
comes out clean. Serve warm, sprinkled with icing
sugar and Rasperry Sauce.
