Combine dry (first 6) ingredients. Set aside. Beat together sugar and eggs. Add pumpkin and oil to egg mixture. Mix dry and wet all together.

Grease and flour 2 9x13 pans or 1 extra large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

|
|
For frosting - combine together cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla. Add powdered sugar. Spread on warm bars.

|
|
Electric mixer optional - I mix by hand.
