Beetroot shredded-3 nos

Jaggery Shredded- to taste
|

Cardamom powder- 1 pinch
|

Ghee/marmalade-1/2 table spoon

Almonds, raisins, Cashews- for garnishing

Instructions |

|
Heat some ghee/marmalade and add the beetroot.
Sprinkle some water and cover the pan and let it cook for 5 mins or till half cooked
|

|
Now add the jaggery and mix the contents well and cook covered for 5-7 mins or till the jaggery has dissolved and the beetroot is cooked completely
|
|
|
Now add the cardomom powder and switch off the flame
Now roast some almonds raising and other dry fruits of your choice and ganish it and serve Hot
|
