Bring water to a boil and cook potatoes for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool. Cut into pieces (do not peel)
Add-
Sliced green onions
Combine-
1/3 Cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup oil
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 – 2 t. dried or 1 T. fresh dill weed
Add to potatoes and mix.
Add 1/3 C. mayo
