Brown onions in some margarine in a large saucepan
and cook chicken breast fillet.
Cut zucchini in 2 cm chunks and cook in chicken
soup until tender.
Cut up breast fillet into small pieces and add to
soup along with the onions.
Blend soup in blender, add cream cheese and add
salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
Sprinkle some carrot into soup after serving.
Can be eaten hot or cold.
