500g mince (half beef, half pork)

ca. 2 dl liquid (can be skimmed or fullfat milk, water or cold stock).

1-2 eggwhites (or 1 egg)

ca. ¼ tsp pepper

1-2 tbsp finely grated onion

For frying- Ca. 30g margarine

You can spice it with e.g. garlic, basil, paprika powder or similar, if you like!

½ l cremefraiche

3 tbsp finely chopped or grated onion

2 tsp curry
|
|
1-2 tbsp sweet French mustard
|
|
a handful of chopped chives
|
|
a handful of chopped dill
|
|
salt and pepper
