Add chicken, carrots, celery, onion, water, boullion and spices to large stock pot. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 1 hour. Remove chicken, cool, cut into pieces and return to pot.
For Pot Pie-
Add cubed potatoes to pot. Disolve cornstarch in 1 c water. When potatoes are soft, bring to boil and add cornstarch water to thicken. Reduce heat and add cooked noodles.
For Noodle Soup-
Cook soup noodles and add to pot.
Omit noodles and add dumplings for meal alternative. See dumpling recipe.
