1 apple, diced
|
|
3/4 C maple syrup
|
|
1 1/8 C soy sauce
|
|
2 garlic cloves, minced
|

3 shallots, minced
|

1 T fresh ginger, grated

1 bottle of beer
|

|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
|
|
|
Cook apple and maple syrup in a saucepan on medium heat until soft.
|
|
|
Add soy sauce, garlic, ginger, shallots, beer, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 min.
|
|
|
Cover salmon with sauce, cook for 10-12 min, and serve.
