Cut the top one fourth from one of the bread loaves. Scoop out the bread from the bottom portion, leaving a 1-inch thick shell. Cut the top, scooped out bread portion and the remaining loaf into 1 inch cubes. Place the bread shell and the bread cubes on a large baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Beat the cream cheese in a bowl. Add the sour cream and beat until creamy. Add the cheese, ham, green onions, green pepper and worchestershire sauces and mix well with a spoon. Spoon mixture into the bread shell. Sprinkle with paprika. Wrap the filled shell in heavy-duty foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Unwrap loaf.
Place on large serving platter. Surround the loaf with the toasted bread cubes and serve immediately. Serves 12-15
