For the fry bread, mix together flour, salt,
baking powder, milk, sugar and water to make a
thick dough that isn’t sticky. Pull out golf ball
sized balls of dough and roll into 1/4 inch to 1/2
inch thick circles. Fry in hot (not smoking) fat
(Crisco) until golden brown on both sides.
Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a skillet.
Once fully cooked add taco seasoning packets.Heat
the refried beans with a splash of milk in a
saucepan. Then assemble tacos, layer beans, ground
beef, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, olives, chilies,
and cheese on fry bread, top with salsa and sour
cream.
