STEP 1-
- place one tablespoon oil in saucepan, add the
seasoned fish to one side (fillets or pieces). Let
saute
- add the seasonings on other side of saucepan
(tomatoes, onions, garlic, chives, cilantro,
celery) —
STEP 2-
-let the fish cook for about 2 minutes, flip to
other side.
- after another 2 minutes, mix seasonings and fish
together. Let saute for approx 3 minutes
STEP 3-
- in a measuring cup, add 1 cup of hot water and
package coconut milk or add 1 cup coconut milk.
- stir all ingredients together. cover and let
simmer (turn the heat down) for about 5 minutes.
