whisk egg whites until stiff
|
|
|
mix sugar into egg yellows, mixing well then add water and oil. For chocolate mix cacao powder into mixture.
Continue to mix.

add flour and salt to mixture and blend extremely well.
|
|
|
fold egg whites into mixture and bake until done at 170degrees.
for the South African way use, normal cake flour and 5teaspoons of backing powder instead of self raising flour.
