Brown ground beef with seasonings. Add ½ can of
enchilada sauce. Remove from heat. Spray 9X9 pan
with cooking spray and cover bottom with ½ can
enchilada sauce. Place spoonful of meat and
spoonful of cheese into middle of one tortilla,
roll up. Place in pan. Do this with all the
tortillas. Pour remaining can of enchilada sauce
over the top of the enchiladas covering all of
them. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top
covering all of them. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
or until cheese bubbles.
