THIS DISH IS TO BE REFRIGERATED OVERNIGHT.
The NIGHT BEFORE: Brown and crumble entire sausage log.
Add bread to bottom of baker, make sure bottom is well covered. Cover with sausage, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Beat eggs until well blended, pour over entire casserole. Make sure every bit is covered - add an extra egg if needed! Place in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, preheat oven to 350. When ready, add cheese to the top of the casserole and place in center of oven for 50 minutes to one-hour (depending on the oven). Enjoy.
