Instructions |

|
Boil bee hoon in water to soften. Add cold water in after boiling. Then drain and set aside.

|
In frying pan, heat up oil and fry garlic. Add in meat and fry
together with oyster sauce then eggs. Remove everything from pan and put
in a bowl.

Fry bee hoon and sauce together. Add salt if not salty enough
|
