2 sticks margarine (softened)

2/3 c. crisco shortening
|

3 c. sugar

5 eggs

3 c. plain flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1c. milk

1c. coconut

2 tsp. coconut flavoring

Instructions |

cream, butter, shortening, add sugar gradually. Then add eggs, one at a time. Add coconut & flavoring.

Next add 1 cup of flour w/baking powder mixed in, 1/3 c. milk another cup of flour, 1/3 c. milk. Mix together add remaining flour, mix well.
|

|
Bake in a greased & floured tube pan on 325* for 1 1/2 hours.
