Boil a big pot of water with shrimp boil bags. Once the water is boiling, add sausage, vinegar, one lemon quartered, corn and potatoes. Boil for 10 minutes.
Concurrently, melt margarine on low heat in a big pot. Add garlic until clear. Add in all dry ingredients. Add more ingredients to taste if needed. Add in 1/4 lemon juice.
Add seafood to boiled water. Crab first for 2 minutes, then add clams for 1 minutes, then shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
Immediately drain seafood and add to margarine mixture. Coat well and serve immediately with extra lemons and bread.
