1. Preheat oven to 350. Cook macaroni and drain.
2. In a pot, melt butter. Stir in enough flour to make a roux. Add
milk slowly stirring constantly. Stir in cheese until cheese is
melted and sauce is thick.
3. In another pot, cook and skim meat.
4. Pour cheese sauce and meat into the macaroni and stir. Pour
mixture into a casserole dish.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
