Coat a 13 x 9inch pan with butter. In a large bowl,
combine cereal, marshmallows, M & M's and peanuts.
In a microwavable bowl, combine caramels and water.
Microwave on high 2-4 minutes, stirring after each
minute until smooth. Poor mixture over cereal mix,
gently stirring until well coated. Press mix into
pay using a buttered spatula.
In small microwaveable bowl, microwave chocolate
chips and shortening for 30 seconds to 1 minute or
until mixture can be stirred smooth. Drizzle over
bars. Refrigerate 1/2 hour or until glaze is set.
Cut into 36 bars. Store loosely covered.
