Oven 350
Put squash and onion in large pot covered with water. Simmer until soft, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well, returnt to pot and mash with potato masher.
Combine milk and cornstarch. Stir in squash. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Transfer to casserole dish, greased. Bake 1 hour or until lightly browned and center is set.
