3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
|
|
Salt and pepper
|
|
Paprika
|
|
10 3/4 oz. can of cream of chicken soup
|
|
1/2 cup sour cream
|
|
White wine
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
-Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika
|
|
|
-Put in crock pot
|
|
|
-In medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream and enough
white wine to make consistency a bit thinner, but
not soupy
-Pour sauce over chicken
|
|
|
-Cover crock-pot and cook on low 5 1/2 hours
-Serve over either rice or bow tie pasta, or just
with the chicken alone
|
