1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
In large saucepan, bring broth to boiling. Add tortellini and cook about 6 minutes or until tender. Stir in beans, pimentos, basil, vinegar and a little salt and pepper. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
