In a small bowl, blend butter, sugar, garlic powder, pepper and salt.
In 12-in. nonstick skillet, heat 2 teaspoons garlic mixture over med.-high heat and cook pecans, stirring frequently, 2 mins. or until pecans are golden. Remove pecans and put in small bowl.
In the same skillet, heat remaining garlic mixture and stir in green beans. Cook covered over med. heat, stirring occansionally, 6 mins. or until green beans are tender.
Stir in pecans.
