Cook bell pepper sand onions with a little oil in skillet for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, chicken, broth and a little salt. While stirring, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Place 1 can beans in shallow bowl and mash with fork. Add mashed beans and remaining 2 cans beans to pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
