Wash chicken breasts and dry with paper towels. In saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and hot sauce. Bring sauce to boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes. Fire up grill and smoke over mesquite wood, if possible. Cook chicken for 8 to 10 minutes per side. Baste chicken frequently with barbecue sauce and turn perdiodically.
