Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In shallow bowl, combine melted butter, mayonnaise and soy sauce. Place crushed onions in another shallow bowl. Dry chicken breasts with paper towels and dip into butter mixture. Dredge each chicken breast in crushed onions. Place in sprayed 11 x 15 inch baking pan and arrange so that pieces do not touch. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
