In large saucepan with boiling water, cook noodles according to package directions. Add snap peas to noodles 1 minute before noodles are done. Drain and return to saucepan. Add broth, lemon peel, cubed chicken and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly hot. Over low heat, gently stir in cream. Serve hot.
