Slice the onions into half circles and put them on a pan with oil with a meadium heat, until the onions carmelized.
Add the broth and cook for about 12 mins.
On the individual pans first put alittle bit of cheese on the bottom then the soup that we got and the beard and the swiss cheese on top.
put in the oven for about 10 mins in 300F and serve hot of the oven
