4 Tbsp. unsalted butter

1 tsp. minced onion

1/2 tsp. minced garlic

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |

|
In a large pan, melt butter over med. heat. Add onion and garlic, saute until softened, about 30 seconds.
|

Add beans and stir to coat. Add salt and pepper. Continue to saute until all is hot, throughout, approx. 2 mins.
|

|
Serve immediately.
